Currently, as they expand their operations, they are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive who shares their dedication to excellence and innovation and possesses a deep understanding of the Belgian business landscape. Senior Business Development Executive – ERP Solutions
Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential Belgian market customers for the company's portfolio solutions, while developing a strong pipeline of leads.
• Customize solutions to address specific industry needs and client pain points through consultative sales.
• Develop strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Reach sales targets by implementing effective strategies and staying abreast of market trends and competitors.
• Collaborate internally for seamless sales-to-deployment transitions, maintaining accurate sales records.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of successful ERP technology/software sales experience.
• An understanding of technology solutions and the ability to quickly learn about portfolio products and services.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills. Results-driven, self-motivated, and customer-centric approach.
• Good understanding of the Belgium business landscape, including the needs and challenges of local businesses.
• Fluency in Dutch/French and English is required.
